Position Available: Chat Support Executive
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via Facebook chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve our service delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Urdu.
Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
Familiarity with chat software and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
