Key Responsibilities:
Guidance on Shariah Principles: As a Shariah Compliance Officer, you will provide invaluable guidance on Shariah principles and regulations, ensuring that our operations align with Islamic principles and values.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate Shariah non-compliance risks, safeguarding the integrity of our business practices and protecting the interests of our stakeholders.
Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of developments in Islamic jurisprudence (Fatwas), conducting thorough research and analysis to inform compliance decisions and enhance our adherence to Shariah standards.
Dispute Resolution: Handle Shariah-related disputes and complaints effectively, utilizing your expertise to resolve issues promptly and amicably.
