Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree
Experience: FMCG & Manufacturing
Salary: 50k - 55k
Responsibilities:
As an Internal Audit Officer at Baranh Restaurants, you will be responsible for:
Stock Audit:
Conducting regular audits of inventory levels to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Verifying stock levels against records and investigating any discrepancies.
Identifying areas for improvement in stock management processes and recommending solutions.
Payroll Audit:
Reviewing payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Verifying employee hours worked, overtime calculations, and deductions.
Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or irregularities in payroll processing.
Internal Controls:
Evaluating internal controls and procedures to identify weaknesses and areas of risk.
Recommending enhancements to internal controls to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with established internal control guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Reporting:
Preparing detailed audit reports documenting findings, observations, and recommendations.
Presenting audit findings and recommendations to management for review and action.
Tracking and monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution.
Skills: Excellent Grip on Excel
Software: SAP B1
